Here are a few options for side trips at the 2022 IHEA-USA Annual Conference. There are many others available through the hotel or there are many to choose from on your own.

Everglades Eco Tour – $100/person, 15 participants
Mack’s Fish Camp – An Eco-Tour is an airboat ride that will have you exploring the Southern Everglades, for an education and fun filled, hour and a half long adventure. We make sure to find some of the Glades’ unique wildlife and teach our patrons about the ecology of the “River of Grass” and our Gladesmen Culture.
We make sure to find some of the Glades’ unique wildlife like many of its species of birds, reptiles, the Miami favorite American Alligator, and watch Python training then return to hotel

Python Hunt – $100/person, 8 participants
Participants in the python hunt will learn to capture snakes safely during the afternoon. Then dinner for eco tour participants, python hunters, and staff will be served before the staff takes 8 participants on a Python hunt in the everglades. This trips gets your back to the hotel around 2am on Tuesday Morning.

Charter Fishing – $100/person, 6 participants
TomCat Fishing – Captain Tom and First Mate John are experienced Jupiter, Florida fishing guides that will insure you a safe, enjoyable trip with memories that will last a lifetime. They have been chartering deep sea fishing trips out of the Jupiter Inlet for the past 15 years. They know how to help you catch snapper, grouper, dolphin, sailfish, kings, snook and tarpon and so many other varieties of fish.
Types of fishing include night Snook fishing, drift fishing, bottom fishing, live bait fishing, kite fishing, Tarpon fishing (in season), Jupiter Inlet Snook fishing, Pecks Lake world renown Spanish Mackerel fishing, (fly fishing or spin casting) for true trophy Spanish and bottom fishing for all varieties of Snapper and Grouper.

Charter Fishing – $100/person, 14 participants
Country Club Drift Fishing – Country Club Drift Fishing is family owned and operated. Captain Jim Barton has 40 years of experience and local knowledge on boats. Join the “Country Club” as we take you out to deep, uncharted wrecks and natural and manmade reefs off Jupiter, Florida. You will be fishing with the most experienced bottom fishing crew along the Palm Beach Coast. You will find that snapper, cobia, grouper, black fin tuna, porgies, kingfish, and triple tail inhabit the wrecks and reefs off Jupiter inlet. Jupiter, Florida is known for its hands on exciting drift fishing.
