We have two room blocks available for you to choose from, each with its own reservation method to secure the correct rate. Please review and follow the instructions below carefully.

Holiday Inn Resort Jekyll Island | April 12, 2025 Cutoff Date
(Step 1)
Navigate to

(Step 2) Insert days of stay (if you want to stay beyond the nights of the conference, you will need to call to keep the block rate for those extra nights)
(Step 3) Site will automatically recognize the event and room rate
(Step 4) Book your stay
*If you book on the website there will be a $32 resort fee. This will be waived when you check out but will show on your receipt when you book online. If you’d prefer to book directly with the receptionist you can call them at (912) 635-2211


Option 2: Days Inn and Suites | April 2, 2025 Cutoff Date
(Step 1) Navigate to resort website and select “check availability” from the navigation bar
(Step 2) Insert days of stay (if you want to stay beyond the dates of the Conference, you need to call for block rate)

(Step 3) Navigate to the drop down on the rate and click on the GROUP CODE which is 071224INT
(Step 4) Click on SEARCH and it will show you all the rooms

We have several “on-your-own” excursion opportunities for the afternoon of May 12th starting at 3:30 PM

Fishing on the pier | $60 per person: The fishing trip begins at 4:00 PM and lasts 2–3 hours. All equipment is included, with five captains on hand to assist. Guests will fish for species such as sharks, sheepshead, trout, flounder, and redfish. The maximum capacity is 25 people.

Horseback riding | $65 per person: There are two group rides, one at 3:30 PM and another at 5:00 PM. Riders will enjoy a scenic beach ride through Driftwood Beach. Each group has a maximum capacity of 20 people.

Turtle Hospital Tour | $18 per person: The tour starts at 4:00 PM and offers an opportunity to learn about the hospital’s work while viewing several recovering turtle species and other marine life. The maximum capacity is 30 people.

Dolphin Tour | $20 per person: The dolphin tour departs at 5:00 PM on pontoon boats for a two-hour excursion. There are two boats available, each accommodating up to 45 people. Tours depart from the dock near the Jekyll Club Hotel, and catering options for appetizers and beverages are available. The maximum capacity is 90 people.

Kayak Tour | $65 per person: The guided kayak tour begins at 3:30 PM and lasts two hours, exploring the river and the sound, weather permitting. There are six tandem and six single kayaks available. Participants may spot birds, dolphins, and beautiful scenery along the route. The maximum capacity is 18 people.
